RECIPE: Vegetarian Fajitas



These flavorful fajitas are easy to make, 
and they taste amazing!

My sister's boyfriend, Scott, made this dish. They turned out so delicious!

Ingredients:
-1 large yellow bell pepper (sliced)
-half red bell pepper (sliced) 
-1 onion (sliced)
-1 tsp hot chili sauce
-1tbsp cumin
-taco season (to taste)
-garlic salt (to taste)
-pepper
-fresh uncooked tortillas (Whole Foods)
-lettuce

Cooking Directions:
-In a sauce pan, pour about a teaspoon of olive oil and let it heat up.
-Saute onion.
-Season with garlic salt (cook until almost tender)
-Add bell peppers.
-Add taco seasoning (cook veggies through until they are tender).

On the side mix cumin and a little bit of water to make a sauce and then pour over onion-bell pepper mix.

-Cook your tortillas

SERVE WITH LETTUCE, FRESH SALSA, SOUR CREAM! ENJOY!!!
